The PH Wall was launched in 1966 as part of a family that now numbers 30 lights, including three for outdoor use. It is a hybrid model: an approximately 450mm top shade paired with lower shades from the 3\/3 scale, a combination first developed to bring pendants to lower heights and later adapted across the wall, floor and table lamp range.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis version is finished in brushed copper — spun copper shades, wall box and arm, with matt white-painted interiors to ensure diffuse, comfortable light distribution. The copper surfaces are intentionally left untreated to allow a natural patina to develop over time, progressing through an uneven, spotted stage before settling into a deep, dark golden verdigris.
